Originally a 1930s traditional Spanish home graced with classic archways, ornate tile work, and terracotta accents, The Seraphine Residence is situated in Santa Monica’s coveted North of Montana neighborhood. The homeowners envisioned transforming their space into a bright, modern sanctuary while thoughtfully preserving its intrinsic Spanish charm.
The Elevate team oversaw every aspect of this transformation, from planning and permitting to design, project management, and construction. The comprehensive scope included electrical, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, all finishes and fixtures, window replacements, structural modifications, layout enhancements, exterior structural work, exterior finishes, landscaping, and hardscaping. Embracing curves and archways as a defining motif, the residence now beautifully harmonizes contemporary sophistication with its timeless Spanish character.
